If I register for the conference, do I still have to register for a hotel room?
Yes. Hotel reservations are done separately through a special phone number or website provided by the Denver Doubletree Hotel. To register for the conference click here.

How much are the registration fees?

Please note: There is no additional charge for Kosher meals. Online convention registration closes Monday July 6. Mail-in walk-in registrations much be received by Thursday July 9, and walk in registration will be available Friday and Saturday at the conference. Convention with meals registration options will not be available to walk in registrations.
What do registration fees include?
Convention with meals fee covers conference sessions, dinner on Friday night, and lunch and dinner on Saturday. You are responsible for all other meals and incidentals. We will also offer complimentary coffee, soft drinks and light snacks in our SA and S-Anon hospitality suites throughout the conference. Please note: Convention fees do not cover the cost of your hotel stay, which is $99 plus 14.85% room tax per night for up to 4 people in a room.
Will my anonymity be preserved when I register?
Anonymity is a cornerstone of our program. Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential, and we will only use your personal information to contact you if there are questions concerning your registration. Your online registration will appear on your credit card statement as "123Signup", which is our registration provider.
Will there be special provisions for members with special dietary needs?
In the registration process, you may choose from Standard, Vegetarian and Kosher meals. If you have dietary needs not met by one of these three meal plans, please contact us using the contact page explaining in your email what your requirements are. The hotel has agreed to meet a variety of other dietary requests, on a case-by case basis. There may be an additional cost involved. A representative of the committee will speak to the hotel and respond to confirm with you.

Will space be made available for specific religious services or requirements?
We have received requests from members of several religious denominations to hold their services in conference rooms during the conference. We will provide space on a first-come, first-serve basis to any group that requests space for their services if it does not conflict with our regularly scheduled programming. Please contact us using the contact page if you would like to request a room for your religious services. Please indicate the day and time you need a room, and the number of people you expect for your services.
Can I register by mail?
Registration by mail is now closed.
Will you be accepting walk-in registrations?
Yes. But conference meals will not be available to walk in registrants. In order to guarantee your meals, you must register online by Monday July 6th or send in your registration by mail so that it arrives no later than that same day.
How do I begin the online registration process?
To begin the process, click on the link below and follow the instructions. Please note that while you must enter your full name when filling out credit card information, when we print name tags we will use only your first name and the first initial of your last name. On-line registration will close Sunday July 5th. Please submit one registration per person.

Can I get a refund once I have registered?
Refunds will be considered, but not guaranteed, once the convention is over. If needed, submit your request electronically from the contact page or by mail to Denver 2009 International Convention, PO Box 631786, Littleton, CO 80163-1786. We look forward to seeing you in July!
Will there be scholarships available?
Members are encouraged to seek scholarships from their local SA or S-Anon group, local intergroup or regional delegation, as many have established a scholarship fund of their own. As of 6/6/09 the Serenity in the Rockies conference committee has set up its own scholarship fund to cover requests of members who are not able to secure a scholarship by other means. A very limited number of half scholarships for the conference only (no hotel room costs) will be given out on a first-come, first-serve basis as our funds allow. Please contact us using the contact page if you would like to request a half scholarship or if you would like to donate to our scholarship fund.
